All HELIOS production sites are based in Europe and are continuously running without any disruptions. In addition, HELIOS also maintains a strong position in terms of inventories and strongly developed network of multiple sources. We are also in close communication with our suppliers in order to assess possible risks in their supply chains.
While ensuring uninterrupted flow of our operations, health and safety of our employees and other stakeholders is being our primary concern:
- We have implemented variety of measures and guidelines at our workplaces to maintain appropriate hygiene standards in offices, common areas and production facilities.
- With the aim of reducing physical contact, we have already enabled our employees to work from home, where possible.
- Majority of non-urgent business trips, meetings, trainings, educational activities, and events were postponed or replaced by different virtual means of communication.
- We have prepared additional guidelines and measures for all the visitors, external contractors and truck drivers visiting HELIOS locations. For truck drivers we arranged dedicated areas as well.
We hope that above mentioned measures will cause least possible disturbance on our communication, delivery, and efficiency of business operations.

However, as the situation with the suppliers across the Europe and transport companies changes daily, please take into the consideration some delays in deliveries and longer waiting time. The same applies to the limited possibility to confirm orders since many countries within Europe as well CIS region are turning to border closures. The latest country closing its borders is Russia, starting March 30, 2020. In case there are some significant obstructions to our deliveries, we will keep you informed.

Important information about stock level and delivery status
Dear business partners,
after the recent events and information from the Austrian government we would like to inform you about the situation at Rembrandtin Lack. Our production is still running at full speed, we have already converted departments not required for production to home office, but the company is still operating without any restrictions. As part of a large company group, our production facilities in Europe support each other to prevent bottlenecks for you. We have used the past days and weeks to ramp up our production in order to be able to store as many products as possible. And we have distributed our products to our warehouses throughout Europe in order to achieve the widest possible availability and maintain our ability to deliver for as long as possible.
Since the situation in Austria and throughout Europe is worsening every day, companies have already applied for short-time work and entire plants are being closed, it is difficult for us at present to assess how the situation will continue to develop. It must even be assumed that the measures taken by the authorities will be tightened up before the situation eases. For this reason, and although we have built up high stock levels, we cannot promise any binding delivery dates at the present time or promise deliveries that have already been agreed.
We are doing our utmost to continue to supply you with your products and to reliably comply with all deliveries, however, we ask for your understanding that we must comply with legal regulations and that we may not be able to carry out promised deliveries. We will continue to keep you informed and hope that we will solve the upcoming challenges together and that we will soon be able to return to normal.
Stay healthy!
With kind regards,
The Rembrandtin Management

On business trips:
- All trips to Italy or other high-risk coronavirus areas are banned until further notice.
- Preventive hygiene measures should be followed on all business trips. Close contacts with people who show signs of infection should be avoided.
- After returning from all business trips, we monitor our health for about 14 days - if fever, malaise and cough occur during this time, we consult doctor and stay at home.
- Employees who have been in high-risk coronavirus areas, Italy, China, South Korea in the last 14 days should immediately report this to their superiors and stay at home.
