Core Plate Varnishes

Remisol core plate varnishes are environmentally friendly and chromium-free with low-emission. The water based, heat-hardening varnishes were developed for the electrical insulation of electrical steel sheets. Their excellent insulating properties reduce eddy current losses during the operation of electrical machines and thus increase their efficiency. For the further processing of the sheets they improve the punchability and offer other important properties such as weldability or annealing resistance.
